A WORLD IN DESPAIR

Religion everywhere people trippin' in
We believe so blindly like a Friday night
Whether we're headed the wrong way
We don't care.

We travel a million miles per hour in a wrong direction.
We seek to be politically correct;
But we end up being hypocrites and double standard folks

Humanity is hung on the tree of despair
As we parade our shame like fame
What we call gods and idols
Are actually a long term grave swallowing our being.

Drenched in the blood of rationality
We rationalize fantasies
And say no to reality

We need light in our ideology
Beams of grace and truth;
From the realm above all realms

Dear Dad;
Shine your light on us.
